• At Taani Creations, all the artwork you find on our website are high-quality prints, not original paintings. These prints are the result of creative designs by our skilled artists and designers, meticulously printed on fine art media.
• When you choose the Rolled option, please note that your art will not arrive ready to hang. Instead, it will be securely rolled in protective tubes, giving you the flexibility to have it framed locally. We strongly recommend framing the art before displaying it, as it is not meant to be used without a frame.
• If you order canvas prints in the rolled format, they will be shipped in tubes with an additional 0.5 inches of material, suitable for standard framing. However, these prints are not intended for gallery wrapping, as you may lose part of the artwork in the process. If you wish to order canvas prints with extra fabric for stretching behind a wooden frame (also known as gallery wrapping), please contact us via e-mail hello@taanicreations.com.

Currently, we only ship to most parts of India. You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your zip code during checkout.

Order Processing & Shipping:
It takes 2-3 business days to process all orders, including multiple quality checks. Once processed, your order will be promptly dispatched* from our warehouse, and you'll receive a tracking link via your registered email with the exact delivery date for your prints.

*Please note that transit times vary depending on your location and pin code serviceability. While we aim to ship your prints as quickly as possible, once they leave our warehouse, transit times are beyond our control as we rely on third-party logistics partners like FedEx and Delhivery. Please allow up to 7-10 days after processing for delivery.

Made to Order:
All our prints are made to order, ensuring the highest quality for each piece. This means that we begin creating your prints only after you place your order, which might take a bit longer to prepare and deliver. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your prints ready. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us via e-mail hello@taanicreations.com and mention your details to confirm if we can meet your timeline.

A great deal of care and effort goes into preparing your art and ensuring it is delivered to you safely and securely. Please note that each piece is made to order, meaning we begin crafting your artwork only after your order is placed. Due to this, we offer returns and refunds only in specific circumstances (see details below).

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, we will begin processing your order, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns / Refunds:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a refund or exchange*.

*When submitting your claim, please provide the following:

• Clear proof of the damage
• Your order number

*Please note that all returns will only be accepted if the item is in unused condition and in its original packaging.
