At Taani Creations, all our products are made to order. As such, we review each case individually for returns and refunds. If there is an issue with your order, you have a 2-day (48-hour) window from the time of receipt to contact us. After 48 hours, all sales are considered final, and no case can be opened.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS

The following are the only circumstances under which we accept returns or issue refunds:

  1. Damaged on Arrival: The item was damaged upon arrival at the buyer’s location.
  2. Prior Defect: The item has a defect that existed prior to its arrival.
  3. Wrong Item Shipped: The wrong item was shipped to the buyer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@taanicreations.com within the 48-hour window. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work to evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may make a new purchase for the desired item.

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
