Shipping Times?

Once your order is placed, we typically require 3-5 working days (Monday - Saturday) to process it. After processing, we will ship your order. Shipping times may vary as we work with third-party logistics partners.

Our Shipping Locations:

We ship to most locations within India, with a few exceptions. We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage.

Our Shipping Costs:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: ₹200 for orders below ₹1999
  • Free Shipping: On orders of ₹1999 or above

Packing Your Order:

We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives safely. Our packing process varies based on the type of art you have ordered:

ROLLED ART:

  • Carefully rolled onto thin tissue paper.
  • Wrapped in fine art butter paper.
  • Placed in branded Kraft tubes and securely packed for shipping.

FRAMED ART:

  • Printed and framed by our skilled team.
  • Secured with protective cardboard triangles on all corners.
  • Wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap.
  • Finalized with a layer of butter paper and securely packed in shipping boxes.

Our Production Centers:

Our current production center is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We are working on expanding to additional centers across India to make our products more accessible.

All our products are designed and manufactured with ♄ in India.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Cancelling Your Order

We begin working on your art as soon as your order is placed to ensure that it is fresh and customized for you. Due to this, we generally cannot accept cancellations once the order is confirmed.

However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. If you place your order outside of our business hours (11 AM - 8 PM), the 2-hour cancellation window will begin once our business hours resume.

Cause For Return

We take great care in producing and quality-checking your art to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, if your art arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Conditions For Return

  • Time Frame: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Sales are final after this 2-day (48-hour) window.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@taanicreations.com with your order number and "Exchange/Return" as the subject line.
  2. Reason For Return: Mention the reasons for the return or exchange.
  3. Photos: Include photos of the product in question.

Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will initiate a refund or exchange as per your request.

Please Note: We only accept returns for products that were damaged during shipment, have a defect, or if the wrong product was sent. We do not accept returns for damage caused by the buyer.

Refund And Return Timelines

  • Refund Timeline: If the refund conditions are met, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The refund should reflect in your account within 7-10 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Return Timeline: If the return conditions are met, we will initiate the return process within 3-4 days of receiving your request.
